Mike Zonfrelli

Mike Zonfrelli, President WinTec Arrowmaker Inc. WinTec's President since February 2013, Mr. Zonfrelli joined the company in July 2011, serving first as the Vice President for Joint Programs, and then as the Executive Vice President for Operations.  Prior to joining WinTec, Mr. Zonfrelli was a Program Manager and then Vice President with the Systems Engineering Group, QinetiQ North America from 2006-2011. At QinetiQ, he was responsible for developing Information Technology products and providing technical services to support Special Operations Aviation Forces maintenance, testing, operations, safety, and training organizations. A 27-year Army veteran, Mr. Zonfrelli served in infantry, aviation, and special operations assignments.  Mr. Zonfrelli possesses a Masters in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College and a BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy.
Bernie Bean Bernie Bean III,  Executive Vice President  for Corporate Operations Alvin B. "Bernie" Bean III currently serves as WinTec's Executive Vice President for Corporate Operations.  He has accountability to the President for business operations performance and execution across all corporate functions. Mr. Bean leads Business Development efforts in the identification, capture, bid and negotiations for new business opportunities.  He has management responsibility for corporate support operations in the Contracting, Human Resources, and Security.  He leads negotiations with government customers and business partners and commits company resources in the execution of WinTec's business plans. Prior to joining WinTec, Mr Bean was Executive Vice President, Operations, for CALIBRE Systems charged with life cycle management of customer operations and development in the areas of finance, cost management, logistics management, and information technology with $43M in revenue and a staff of 230 professionals.  Mr. Bean joined CALIBRE in 1991 as a Program Analyst. He was promoted to Director of Operations and Support Analysis in 1999, Vice President Finance and Cost Management in 2003, and Executive Vice President, Operations in 2005. Mr. Bean received his B.A. in Social Work from Salisbury State University. He was also a distinguished Military Graduate from the University of Delaware Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program and commissioned in the U.S. Army as a Field Artillery Officer.
James Gavrilis 2 James A. Gavrilis, Senior Operations Manager
Jim is WinTec's Senior Operations Manager and is responsible to the President for business operations performance and execution across all corporate functions.  He has extensive experience in Defense contracting, serving as Vice President for Special Operations Programs, Chief of Staff, and Director of Strategic Initiatives in both small and large Defense and Intelligence companies.  Jim is a retired U.S. Army Special Forces Officer and served overseas in training, peacekeeping, and combat operations in Africa, the Balkans, and the Middle East.  He served two tours in Iraq commanding and directing joint, interagency, and multinational counter-terrorism and counter-insurgency operations.  Throughout his career he served in the 25th Infantry Division, the 3rd and 5th Special Forces Groups, USASOC, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the Army Staff's Special Operations Division.  Jim has also served as Senior Advisor to the Center for Naval Analyses, the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, and USSOCOM.  He has a BA in Political Science from the Pennsylvania State University and an MA in International Studies from Old Dominion University
