WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. (WinTec)

WinTec is a closely held “C” Corporation providing contractor services to the Federal Government, primarily the Department of Defense (DoD).  We provide the critical professional management and technical services for government and commercial customers who solve operational and special mission challenges through the deployment of leading edge technology. WinTec was organized for the purpose of supporting the initiatives and objectives of organizations focused on combating terrorism.  At its inception, WinTec’s core business areas were providing professional services and assisting government departments and agencies with development, assessment, acquisition, and integration of new technologies and systems that are relevant to current and future mission needs.

Our professional services included program/project management as well as systems engineering and technical assistance for research and development projects such as Military Special Operations and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD); Combating Terrorism – Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Countermeasures; Explosives Detection; Improvised Explosive Device Defeat; Investigative Forensics; Infrastructure Protection; Personnel/Physical Security; Learning Systems Management/Distance Learning; and Computer, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems and technology.

 

Rattlesnake Point

WinTec’s Rattlesnake Point (RSP) facility provides a wide range of services and support DoD and commercial organizations. We maintain over 18,000 square feet of prototyping, manufacturing, component/end item storage, and office/conference space providing WinTec with the capability to integrate systems and subsystems as well as fabricate, modify, repair, maintain, and store emerging technology hardware and software.  RSP features both land and water access and is within minutes of both MacDill AFB and Tampa International Airport.

Our facilities, equipment, software, and personnel enable us to perform full-scope sensor/platform hardware and software integration.  WinTec’s proven mobile evaluation and training team capability deploys from the RSP with the right personnel and equipment needed to support tasks in the field.  Expert fabrication is made possible by work centers including: electronics laboratory, machine shop, unmanned systems structural fabrication facility, unmanned system flight test and training department, a fully-equipped network engineering testbed, and software development laboratory.  WinTec’s dedicated RSP Team has accumulated 15 years of unique experience, expertise, and insights into warfighter needs and procedures as well as understanding the broad range of commercial and federal enterprises and products that seek to fulfill them.
