WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. is a proudly small "C" Corporation specializing in contractor services for the United States federal government, particularly the Department of Defense (DoD). WinTec specializes in technical management and operational assistance to government and commercial clients, addressing operational challenges through cutting-edge technology development. Founded with a focus on community interaction, WinTec excels in specialized project management, systems integration, and technical assistance. Our team has supported diverse projects including defense, civil, and government sectors. Leadership

Rattlesnake Point

Rattlesnake Point Facility WinTec’s Rattlesnake Point (RSP) facility provides a wide range of services and support for DoD and commercial organizations. We maintain over 20,000 square feet of prototyping, manufacturing, component/end item storage, and office/conference space, providing WinTec with the capability to integrate systems and subsystems as well as fabricate, modify, repair, maintain, and store emerging technology hardware and software. RSP is also known as the WinTec Prototype Maintenance Facility (PMF). RSP features both land and water access and is within minutes of both MacDill AFB and Tampa International Airport. Our facilities, equipment, software, and personnel enable us to perform full-scope sensor/platform hardware and software integration. WinTec’s proven mobile evaluation and training team capability deploys from the RSP with the right personnel and equipment needed to support tasks in the field. Expert fabrication is made possible by work centers including: electronics laboratory, machine shop, unmanned systems structural fabrication facility, unmanned system flight test and training department, a fully-equipped network engineering testbed, and software development laboratory. Tooling and equipment include: Two HAAS CNC machines (3-axis and 4-axis), Neoden Pick and Place Machine with 4 vision enabled heads, a laser camera, and 58 component slots, Creality Cr 10-Smart Pro filament 3D printer, Formlabs resin 3D printer, Einstar 3D scanner, and a Hakko FX-972 Dual-Port Soldering Station. Engineering software includes Solidworks Professional for computer assisted design, Master Cam for computer aided manufacturing, KiCad for Printed Circuit Board design, and enterprise-grade integrated development environments and versions control systems (Visual Studio, Android Studio, GitLab Enterprise) for software development, secure DevSecOps, continuous integration & delivery. WinTec’s dedicated RSP Team has accumulated 24 years of unique experience, expertise, and insights into warfighter needs and procedures, as well as understanding the broad range of commercial and federal enterprises and products that seek to fulfill them.

Headquarters Facility Located in Fort Washington, Maryland, WinTec's Corporate Headquarters serves as the administrative hub for our employees and contractors, providing coordination and support for company-wide operations, including those at Rattlesnake Point.
