Executive Biography of William E. DePuy Jr.

Bill DePuy joined WinTec’s Board of Directors in the Spring of 2024. Bill currently serves as the President of The SeaMarsh Group, Inc. (SMGi), a small management consulting and commercial training solutions company incorporated in 2009. SMGi has operated training centers in Florida (2010-2014) and Virginia (2020-present).

Bill retired as the President & CEO of CALIBRE Systems, Inc. at the end of February 2010, concluding 21 years of service with the company. CALIBRE is a nationally recognized, mid-sized, employee-owned, management and technology services company serving customers in the defense, federal civil, state and local government, and commercial sectors. He has also served on the boards of several commercial firms as well as community-focused not for profit organizations in both Florida and Virginia.

Bill graduated from Boston University’s College of Liberal Arts in 1974 with a bachelor’s degree in History (with Distinction).
